1. How do I season and care for the pan?

• Scrub with hot soapy water.
• Dry completely.
• Coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
• Dry on low heat or bake at 190°C for 1 hour OR on the stove until it got smoky.

2. Why is the surface not smooth?

• It's natural! Cast iron absorbs oil and creates a non-stick surface with use.

3. What if it rusts?

• Scrub the rust off with water, vinegar & baking soda, then re-season.
