Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Balance.co. Each piece of our cast iron cookware is carefully inspected and packed to ensure the highest quality. We hope you enjoy using it for years to come.
If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy before submitting a return request.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts included.

  • The product must be returned in resalable condition. Any sign of use, seasoning, or alteration will render the item ineligible for return.

Balance.co reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care, including but not limited to:

    • Scratches, rust, or dents caused by mishandling or dropping.

    • Damage resulting from incorrect cleaning methods (e.g., using metal scrubbers or abrasive cleaners).

    • Damage caused by extreme heat, moisture, or improper storage.

    • Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small holes, color variations, or surface texture differences) that do not affect performance.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide the return shipping address or label.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


4. Inspection and Approval

  • All returned items will undergo quality inspection upon arrival.

  • Balance.co reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the item is eligible for a refund or replacement based on the condition of the returned product.

  • If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be subject to a processing or restocking fee (up to 10%) to cover inspection and handling costs.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective.

  • Balance.co is not liable for loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging condition.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any related shipping fees.

  • Claims made after 3 days or without proper documentation may not be accepted.


8. Additional Notes

  • Balance.co reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice.

  • By purchasing from Balance.co, you agree to the terms stated in this Return and Refund Policy.
